Coming from a sewing tradition that spans generations, Virginia Athayde developed early on a sensitive eye for handmade work, for details and for the meaning a gown can hold in a woman's life.
A Fashion Design graduate with 9 years of experience in the bridal world, she built her career by combining technique, sensitivity and entrepreneurial vision.
Today, at the helm of Ideal Dresses Florianópolis, Virginia combines her original design identity with the strength of a brand with an international vision, keeping as her priority what has always defined her work: deeply understanding each bride's story.
Her approach blends the classic and the contemporary naturally, through refined curation, strategic personalization and a process guided by warmth, trust, serenity and attention to detail.
